1. Can I purchase a gift card online?

Yes! You can purchase online gift cards by clicking here. Online Gift Cards will be sent by Email. If your order contains merchandise and gift cards, E-gift cards will sent by email immediately and received within minutes.

2. What are my payment options?

We accept payment with La Vie en Rose gift cards or by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Mada, Tamara, and Cash on Delivery.

3. Can I use my gift card online?

Absolutely! Since all refunds and price adjustments are made according to the original method of payment, it is important to keep your e-gift card after the purchase. It is important to keep your gift card after the purchase is made. Otherwise, if you don’t have the original gift card anymore, a new one will be mailed to you.

4. Do La Vie en Rose gift cards expire?

No, La Vie en Rose gift cards do not have expiration dates.

5. Can in-store promotions and sales be applied to my online order?

We usually carry the same promotions online as in our stores. However, promotions may vary. We might run promotions only available online or exclusive to our VIP members.

1. How do I return an item purchased on lavieenrose.com.sa?

Please visit retrun center here or contact us to generate retrun Air Way Bill (AWB). Return requests must be postdated within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please allow five business days from the date the merchandise is delivered to our premises for refunds. Please allow adequate time for shipping. Excluding unreturnable products (Panties, Bras Lingerie, Accessories and Swimwear). Any merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition with the price tag still attached, be unworn, and should not have been washed.

4. Do I have to pay shipping fees if I return an item?

Returns are totally free, yet you will be charged SAR 25 if you retruned unretrnable item.

5. How do I obtain a refund for items returned by mail?

Returns sent by couriers must be postdated within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Refunds will be made using the original method of payment and are usually processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

6. How long does it take for refunds to come through?

Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 15 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.

All sales of traditional or e-gift cards are final and non-refundable.

Credit card information secured via payment gateway. The information sent is parsed into a format the bank gateway understands and is sent to the bank via the internet. Once the bank receives this information, it is passed through the banking network. La Vie en Rose's account is credited, the consumer’s credit card account is debited, and authorization is sent back to Beanstream servers. At this point a receipt is generated and sent to the consumer's web browser and an email order notification is sent to the merchant. This all takes less than 30 seconds. Any personal information we collect during your visit is used only with your prior knowledge and consent.

2. How does lavieenrose.com use my personal information?

When using our website, you may be asked to voluntarily provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers. We use this information to complete your transaction and to apply for access to certain special features and functions of the website. If you choose not to provide the requested personal information, you will not be able to use certain features of the website and you will not be able to make transactions through the website.
